All in stock items in our online store will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery will take between 1-3 days depending on the delivery option chosen. allClinical will be responsible for delivery of ordered items through our shipping suppliers. Should a parcel be lost, allClinical will ensure a replacement is sent at the earliest possible time.

Delivery to Main Centres usually take 1-2 working days from time of dispatch and 1-3 working days for other areas (depending on exact location). In exceptional circumstances, delivery could take longer than the estimates provided.
Collections from either our Durban or Cape Town branch might be possible, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your order to check if collection is possible.

Returns and Exchanges
All sealed and unused items can be returned to allClinical with 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The client will be responsible for delivering the unused item back to allClinical.
Once an item has been used, allClinical will only assess exchange requests if there is a manufacturing defect on the product within 6 months of a purchase. The client will be responsible for returning the faulty items to allClinical. allClinical will assess each request individually, once a product fault is
confirmed, allClinical will either repair or replace the product as well as refund the client a standard shipping fee for the return of the product. For more details please contact us at email@example.com
